This was created using the Simplicity pattern #8108. It's a packet of patterns for Christmas Nativity costumes, and very easy to sew.
However, it is very unflattering - big fabric tubes - which is why I added the sash.
Rather than gathering the shoulders, as per the pattern directions, I pleated the shoulders together. Each pleat gathered up an
inch and three-quarters of fabric, each an inch and half apart, starting two inches away from the neckline.
