Other Nifty Places
  • The Electric Swinging Pussycat Lounge - uh, Closet - visual resource for clothing from the 1960s. 90MB worth of pictures!
  • Costuming Tips for LARPers - some tips and articles written by Johanna over her years (has it been that long??) of experience.
  • Uncomyn Gifts - The Babylon 5 Shop - some Bab5 elements, including B5 station tunics, costume patches and pins, and Minbari headpieces. Quality is unknown, but the price is reasonable.
  • Kattarra's Kreations - if you want a seriously good looking EA uniform - or other sci-fi outfit, check out this site - although it's still getting off the ground. I know for a fact that Katarra has based her patterns off original items that occasionally wander off-set. I took a look at her work during Gallifrey One and it's more that passably authentic. Prices are high, but for hand-made garments, not that bad.
  • Miron's Mail Manufactory - a good place for pre-made items and loose links, for those who like to make their own mail. Miron is a local fella, so I try to drive business his way
  • The Ring Lord - as above, but offers aluminum, titanium and stainless steel links, too.
  • Stella Dottir - Historical costuming and contemporary fashions inspired by history
