      To minimize broadside spamming, as the player-roster for a specific game is determined an event-specific mailing list will be created. These event-specific lists will be discussion-style, whereby all members may post and respond to announcements and inquiries. It will also allow the GMs to get the word out about a specific event without gumming up mailboxes of players interested in other events.
